Overview

Green Crown Press specializes in handcrafted letterpress wedding invitations and stationery. All items are made to order and designed in collaboration with our clients. Because each piece is custom-made, please review proofs carefully and understand our policies before placing an order.

Ordering & Proof Approval

Custom Orders
All invitations are custom-designed based on your submitted details and preferences. Once your order is placed, we will provide digital proofs for your review.

Proof Approval
You are responsible for reviewing all design proofs thoroughly. Once a proof is approved in writing (via email), we proceed to production. We are not responsible for typos, errors, or omissions approved in the final proof.

Turnaround Time
Production timelines vary but typically take 3–5 weeks after final proof approval. If you need a rush order, please inquire before placing your order. Rush fees may apply.

Payment

For Custom work, a 50% retainer is due before design work or production begins. For stock designs, payment is due in full. We accept major credit cards and payment methods supported by Squarespace’s payment processor. All prices are listed in USD.

Shipping

We primarily ship via USPS, as it is the most cost-effective option when shipping from Hawaii. However, customers may elect to ship via UPS or FedEx at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose their preferred shipping method. By selecting UPS or FedEx, you acknowledge and accept that these carriers may be more expensive, but are offered for those who prefer enhanced tracking and faster delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Green Crown Press is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs (for international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control once the package has left our studio.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final (excluding our notecards).

Cancellations must be requested before proof approval. Once design or production work has started, your order cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content on the Site are the intellectual property of Green Crown Press or the properly attributed party and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Crown Press is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the new Terms.
